Lawrence Nault is a Canadian author, filmmaker, and host of Stone & Signal whose work explores the intersections of technology, humanity, and the future of the planet. Across speculative fiction, young adult fantasy, documentary film, and podcasting, he creates work that asks where we are headed, what is being lost, and what kinds of futures remain possible.

Beyond individual projects, his creative practice is guided by a commitment to building thoughtful, independent work that reaches across forms and speaks to the conditions shaping contemporary life. When he is not writing or developing new projects, he can often be found outdoors with his two collies, drawing inspiration from the land.
